Animal Herbal Health becomes part of Ron Fields Nutrition (RFN). During the past few months, the Sole Proprietor of RFN – Ron Fields, has been discussing expansion plans for the whole company. Andy Fields, Ron’s son, has now set up Ron Fields Nutrition Limited trading as a subsidiary known as Animal Herbal Health.
Andrew’s goal is to expand the RFN brand into Europe and beyond and also tap into new markets further a field.
“I am excited to take on such a challenge and it will be extremely hard to follow in my father’s footsteps. However, through emerging technologies, social media and ever-changing advertising channels, I believe it will be slightly easier than it was several years ago to get a foot-hold in new geographical areas. My property is in the heart of Devon and, as a working farm, it lends itself perfectly to becoming a company specialising in herbal remedies for all kinds of animals. Initially I shall have to learn all there is to know and then take it one step at a time to introduce some new ideas. If I can achieve half the level of trust and dedicated personal service that my father gives, I know the business will be a resounding success.”
Andy went on to say, “My father never ceases to amaze me. I remember as a child my father created some great herbal products for animals. This was in the early 1970s when I truly believed that traditional pharmaceuticals would be better. I remember being shocked when I heard several customer exclaim that his products had performed miracles compared with modern day medicines. Now, it is sheer pride that I am able to enter this exciting field with the full support and help from my father”.
Andy’s previous background is from the cut throat world of Internet marketing so he hopes that he has a head start on some competitors in at least one field of activity.
